I’ve somehow forgotten to post well wishes to my aunt Kathy here. Early
this summer, Kathy was diagnosed with leukemia. The hearts of Currans and Browns and friends all over sank with this news. Fortunately, the outlook is positive. She begins her third round of chemo today. You may keep up with her progress and contact her here. There is also an interesting article about her youngest daughter and local tennis star, Shannon in the Star Tribune.

I’ve also posted photos from a small, recent reunion of sorts. I can’t remember the last time two of my mother’s sisters sat at her dining room table at the same time. It was great seeing my aunts Toñita and Concé again as well as my cousin Ana Maria.
